We now live in a time when the line that separates men and women from what they can do and cannot do has become a little blurred. For one, while certain sports only use up 10 to 15 percent of the body, yoga works out each and every muscle. You also work out various systems like the skeletal, cardiovascular, endocrine and of course the muscular system.

While other types of workout would zap the energy out of you, yoga does otherwise. This low-impact exercise energizes and revitalizes the body while oxygenating the blood. Yoga also improves sexual performance, as it enhances a man’s range of motion and flexibility.
